A ComSec TSCM Survey will provide a professional evaluation of your business, executive offices, vehicles, aircraft or facility's security posture against electronic espionage and will consist of thorough visual, electronic and physical examinations to detect unauthorized audio and video devices (technical surveillance device). For example, RF, VHF, UHF wireless transmitters (bug), wire & mic tap, telephone compromise tap, carrier current bug, micro wireless video device, laser & infra red eavesdropping device, etc.

An electronic eavesdropping inspection typically includes the following:

• A Technical Security Evaluation (TSE) threat assessment, including identification of parties who may wish to spy on your business, gain access to competition sensitive information and undermine your security protocols.

• A telephone system analysis including instruments, incoming trunks, in-house cabling, and peripheral equipment and testing for intercept devices such as a phone or wire tap.

• A radio frequency (RF) spectrum analysis, including recognition capabilities for digital, spread-spectrum, and frequency-hopping transmitters in addition to standard analog devices.

• An infrared (IR) search of all interior and exterior vulnerable areas.

• An electronic inspection for covert video transmission via hidden camera.

• A carrier current analysis of AC outlets, telephone cable, and other wiring to detect devices capable of transmitting communications.

• A spectrum analyzer analysis.

• A physical search of the target site for hidden microphones, transmitters, audio recorders, closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, and any other technical surveillance devices.
